Through my own journey of self-discovery of what has been holding me back for most of my life, I have discovered these incredible Ancient traditions that tap into the bodies own innate wisdom and healing capabilities. I truly believe that our bodies can HEAL themselves if given the right conditions , and have witnessed the transformations in my clients again and again but also in my own life everyday. The healing power of touch, connection and releasing the emotions that were never allowed to be felt or heard- they are at the beginning of any physical ailment and once released bring about the healing the body and soul is looking for.
