This is a Hawaiian Shamanic massage style. It's very feminine and flowing - likened to a dance over the body. I use my hands and forearms , voice and breathe, lulling you into a trance like state where you really switch off and go deeply inwards. This can allow the body and mind to feel safe and therefore release any stuck emotions that you've been holding onto for way too long.
Its a unique journey and experience for everyone and it changes each time you receive. For many it's a beautiful and relaxing experience - others it can be truly transformational and life changing!

INTUITIVE MASSAGE

This style focuses on certain areas where pain or tension is present and we connect in with the body and it's own intelligence to address the reason and mind-body connection of why it is here.
Individually styled for each session and client. This is a co-creative space where we really listen to the body and allow it to speak to us and release what is ready to be let go of.
